Ownership ftel.com , this relects the status back in July 97, before additional financing/warrants.

I think you're more correct, assuming 1.85 million ftel shares issued during latest financing round, that would add the same amount of shares to the fnet float. This would bring ftel's ownership some where between 65-70%. Their reporting is extremely difficult to navigate. Best Luck
