What about a dead cat bounce on LCCI. Down similar to ADPT %, but on news of CEO resigning.

Andrew,

It's been awhile since I've seen you posting. Was wondering if you did any additional research with your sources regarding AMAT's FY98. In one of you Dec posts, you mentioned how several of the people you talked to in the business, reiterated that things by and large, remained on track for a record-setting year for AMAT. James Morgan recently came out and said something to the effect the worst-case scenario for Korea would shave 5% off revs for '98 and that for the most part this was accounted for in management's guidance. Has anything you've heard changed what you said in your very bullish post last December? Even though AMAT is sticking to their #'s at this point, the Street does not believe them. I've seen some estimates as low as $1.69. Still not enough to warrant this type of valuation IMO, since KO is expected to earn only $1.74 this year and they are trading near the 70's, yet have a growth rate half that of AMAT if they are lucky. TIA for any insight.

Regards,

Brian

BTW, are you still so bullish on UTEK? Haven't seen you on that thread for months.
