If I can help with a specific question let me know. As far as a URL where one can find out about current programs whizzing back and forth I am sure it does not exist. Either you have access to information which is not freely dispensed, or you develop a skill in deciphering whether or not programs are really hitting or not. Sorry I can't be of more help....it takes practice. It's not necessarily something there is a hard and fast formula for.
