FOR THE RECORD TO:Mr. Mike Kugler FROM: Paul M. Guiffre 1. Posting 1a. Have you ever at any time,posted too the OVIS-RMIL,or any board concerning this stock from the office's of Principal Financial? 1b. Have you ever posted too anyboard concerning OVIS-RMIL during buisness hour's from said office? 1c. Have you been warned by Principal or any governing body about your posting habit's,pertaining to OVIS-RMIL? if so who warned you? 1d. Will you or do you recieve any compansation for your posting on OVIS-RMIL? if so by who? 2.D.Mork 2a. By your own admission you state that you have talked too D. Mork on the phone, was this during buisness hour's? and if so,was it from the office's referd too in part one of this post? 2b. Are you in any way,shape,or form in collaberation with D.Mork to hurt my company and it's stock? if so explain. 3. SEC Halt 3a. Did you play any part in the SEC halt of RMIL? <ie. complaint's filed,emailed,phoned,faxed> if so what were said complaint's? 4. RMIL Market Maker's 4a. You say you talked too RMIL market maker's, was this during buisness hour's? was it from the offices referd to in section one? 4b. Did you use your status in the securities field to gain access to said MM's? 4c. What was discussed with these MM's? and who were they? 5. Information 5a. You post about seeing troubled time's for my stock,during the period of 1/17/98 - 1/23/98 i believe, what is meant by this claim? Please explain. Mike, you willingly admit too having no interest in my stock. Yet you spend alot of time here (which is your right)but you have a serious bias in your posting style,which beg's my question's. You also hold yourself up as a ethical proffessional,which again,beg's my question's. As a stockholder of OVIS-RMIL, i think you should answer these question's.
