FOR THE RECORD..............my response.

1. Posting

1a. Have you ever at any time, posted to the OVIS/RMIL, or any board concerning this stock from the office's of Principal Financial?

Answer: No. I have no access to the internet from my office at Principal Financial.

1b. Have you ever posted too any board concerning OVIS-RMIL during business hour's from said office?

Answer: No. I do not have that capability from my office.

1c. Have you ever been warned by Principal or any governing body about your posting habits, pertaining to OVIS-RMIL. If so, who warned you?

Answer: I cannot speak for anyone but myself, but I have had conversations with my compliance department, the SEC, and the NASD specifically about posting on this thread, and posting on the internet in general. While everyone would prefer I do not post, I have not been specifically ordered to cease. Everyone has the capability to read my posts. My passwords have been made available to all concerned.

1d. Will you or do you receive any compensation for your posting on OVIS-RMIL? If so, by who?

Answer: I receive absolutely no compensation of any kind from anyone, or any entity, for posting on this or any other thread.

2 D.Mork

2a. By your own admission you state that you have talked to D, Mork on the phone, was this during business hours? And if so, was it from the office referred to in part one of this post.

Answer: I have spoken to Mork from my office, and from home, during business hours and at night. The same can be said for conversations with Morgan and Breton, among others.

2b. Are you in any way, shape, or form in collaberation with D. Mork to hurt my company and it's stock? if so explain.

Answer: Not at all. I have merely put out information regarding many aspects of this company and its stock to attempt to ensure investors are getting all of the story, not just what others here want you to hear. If I have pointed out (and early) that the company has not told you the truth, I cannot apologize for what that information does to the company or the stock. The company has to live with what it says. If the company lies to you, is the messenger who points that out to you hurting your investment and hurting the company? Maybe, but the facts are the facts. You all have done a great job putting out the company line. I have put out what the company has not told you, and I believe you'll find my information has largely been, quite accurate.

3. SEC halt

3a. Did you play any part in the SEC halt of RMIL?<ie complaints filed, emailed, phoned, faxed> if so what were said complaints?

Answer: I cannot claim any responsibility for the SEC's decision to halt trading of this stock. They make their own decisions, based on the facts and the law. And I have complied with all requests for information from the SEC and other regulatory agencies.

4. RMIL Market Makers

4a. You say you talked to RMIL Market Makers, was this during business hours? Was it from the offices refered to in section one?

Answer: One has to talk to them when they're open. And my calls have been from my office and home.

4b. Did you use your status in the securities field to gain access to said MM's?

Answer: While they may grant me a bit of professional courtesy, you have the same access as I do. Their phone numbers are published in telephone directories.

4c. What was discussed with the MM's and who were they?

Answer: I have recently attempted to ascertain and confirm posts here about who may be filing 15c2-11's. My question has been the same. Are you going to file a 15-c? I don't impart any of my DD to them. That's up to them, and they have to assume responsibility for their actions under 15C2-11. There is no reason for me to attempt to deny liquidity to RMIL shareholders, for the same reason the SEC is not attempting to deny liquidity. It is in the best interests of shareholders to be able to buy or sell.

5. Information

5a. you post about seeing troubled time's for my stock during the period of 1/17/98 - 1/23/98 i believe, what is meant by this claim? Please explain.

Answer: This is my psychic prediction. I wouldn't put too much faith in psychic predictions if I were you. I got lucky once, so I thought I'd try my luck again.

Mike, you willingly admit too haveing no interest in my stock. Yet you spend a lot of time here (which is your right) but you have a serious bias in yhour posting style, whcih begs my questions. You also hold yourself up as a ethical professional, which again, begs my questions.

Answer: What I have attempted to do here, once again, is to get all the facts out for all to see. Whether you agree with my posting style, part of which was forced because of the reception my information has received, you have to admit my information has been on the money. A lot has been said here about my "lies". Yet no one seems to be able to come up with even one. I did apologize to Riley for the confusion surrounding Clarksburg's post, which brought me here originally. And it would be unethical for me to allow misinformation to be posted here particularly when I know it to be untrue.

It has been posted here that I have lost my job, lost my licenses, that I'm being sued by RMIL, and that I'm going to jail. None of this is true. You also need to know that since Riley (ostensibly to intimidate me from posting)posted that the company had amended their suit against Mork to include me, that I am relying on Mork (who must be notified first of any amendment) to tell me if that has happened. It has not, but I stay in touch with him, primarily for that reason.

And Pugs is right about one thing. Everen does have a policy against their brokers posting on internet stock chat lines. That policy may be reviewed in the future. So If I disappear, it will be due to that policy, and nothing more. It is likely that I will have to sign on to Everen's compliance policies shortly. I have not been charged with anything, from any entity, or regulatory agency, regarding my posting on this or any other thread.

What I have attempted to do is to show all of you an example of what DD really is. Anyone of you could have obtained the information I have obtained. I am amazed that people haven't made the calls, or posted their findings if they have. With the amount of dollars lost here by the average investor so far, perhaps everyone can now see what a small investment in phone calls and E-Mails might have done for their wallets.

I continue to wish all shareholders the best on luck in this stock, and in future investments. The experience here will undoubtedly prove beneficial when looking at penny stocks in the future.

Respectfully submitted,

Michael. D. Kugler
