Hi Lurker,

<<Without audited Financials, the price of this stock will do very little. That is the only thing that matters right now. Everything else is hype.>>

Never have truer words been spoken.

I also echo your sentiment on what the true value of Myraid is, but I am optimistic that it will turn out to be a good deal for the company, and that is all we can ask.

I also wanted to mention that to the extent that the company is getting involved in technical placements, this is a boom business right now with the year 2000 programming issue in play. We can all hope that Firamada's subsidiaries are working in this employment arena. There is real money to be made here.

I also wholeheartedly agree that patience is needed by all who are truly holding this as a long, we will hopefully be well rewarded.

Tonto, if you read this, I wanted to mention that your offer to check into the officers and their accomplishments will be a very worthwhile addition to all the other valuable information being provided by other posters.

David

Lurker,
You have a very valid point regarding Long Beach and the profitablity of Myriad. But I believe someone uncovered the fact that they have 20+ stores. Perhaps some of these are in better locations for the more profitable end of the business. Just a thought.
I'm sure that with a little more time and patience the truth will be known.
Go Famh.
Dan

In my opinion, Ira has been making excellent decisions. I'll just bet that he would not buy a company just because it is cheap. I think the acquisition will be a very positive addition. Judging from his track record, I think that when the details are released we will all be very pleased.

**OFF TOPIC** Redhead, If by a remote chance the Broncos lose, I will be pulling for the Steelers. That is if I can stand to watch the Superbowl, if my Bronco's are not there.

I like Pittsburgh's coach and they have some quality players. It would be nice to see the AFC win for a change.

Lurker, I believe Myriad has about 21 offices located throughout California and Utah.

I understand the FAMH audit is being done by Marcum & Kliegman.
mkllp.com

FAMH says the new acquisition IS DEFINITELY PROFITABLE!!
They expect to release the numbers after they have confirmed the information.

Ira is going to California on Monday to complete the due diligence process. At this point, from what he has seem, he thinks he can add 30% to the bottom line.

For anyone that knows the industry, FAMH apparently had MARSH AND MCLENNAN Co (a Fortune 500 company involved in professional insurance and risk management) look at Myriad and they indicated they can help FAMH save even more!! This company covers things like workman's comp, payroll benefits costs, etc.

More and More info is now coming to the surface. Looking very good to me!

Best wishes,
Brad
