Greg, I believe the market will go down with a rate cut! People will take it that the Fed believes we are having deflation which is very bad for the market, or they will think the we are in deep doo doo! IMO the Fed has waited too late to cut, but are going to have to in the near future! I said many weeks ago that I saw interest rates going down along with the stock market and gave Japan as an example as to how it could happen that way! Getting more bearish by the minute, but not panicking, as we enter into this bear market! Hank
