**** Off Topic - Lumber **** I did not say that lumber is going up. I merely thought you might be interested that IP was willing to pay ~15% current premium to lock in a timber supply. You draw your own conclusions. My forester tells me that timber prices are going up. He's in the business, I'm not. And I would not have the temerity to advise you on lumber prices. I tried to tell you how to maximize some profits on DELL, and you ignored my advice. Timber has become very pricey lately, to the point that two timber theft rings were broken up and the principals received long sentences. Nor do I deal in futures. I just sell my timber for the best price I can get. 3.
