I'm psyched to start the New Year strong .. sticking to my goals of permanently changing the way I eat.
Thanks to my good friend Ground-Zero and all you others who join, we will support and motivate each other.
It can be easy .. if it weren't for the fact that bread and crackers taste so good!
Remember, fat is healthy in moderation so adding some meat and butter to lots of veggies makes them delicious too.
I do eggs and bacon/sausage for breakfast and some meat/butter with lots of veggies the rest of the day.
I have some left over pies, cookies, and chocolates to work through this weekend, but then it is full-time serious starting Monday.
I will weigh in every Monday morning because progress motivates me and I like to track how what I eat affects me.
Remember, I'm Good Enough, I'm Smart Enough, and Doggone It, People Like Me!
