Hey, welcome back, we missed you!!!

Definitely finish up the pies, cookies, and chocolates, and then set your course for smarter eating and set sail on your journey...

You diet menu sounds perfect!!!

Breads taste good only because they turn to sugar right in your mouth when mixed with saliva, this is normal... your brain thrives on sugar for quick energy and so your taste buds tell your brain they found sugar... then it "tastes so good" that you want to eat more... it's a very physiological and real phenomenon, except sugar when process into other foods is no longer real... sugar only in fruits and veggies in it's natural form is real human food, but using sugar to sweeten something processed not healthy...

2018-01-08 @ 244-pounds . . . . OK, ready to start!
I ate all the left over pie, cookies, and bread, etc.
Gained a pound .. OK.
Here is what I eat pretty much every day:
BREAKFAST @ 10:15 am
--- 3-eggs .. usually with some heavy cream mixed in for the extra fat
--- some sausage or bacon or ham ... about 3 oz .. not that I measure or care at all
--- coffee .. often with butter and/or coconut oil and/or heavy-cream mixed in for the extra fat
LUNCH @ 12:15 pm
-- pork and/or chicken and/or beef .. about 5 oz .. not that I measure or care at all
-- lots of sautéed in butter and coconut oil greens
SNACK @ 2:00 pm
-- lots of sautéed in butter and coconut oil greens
-- often some raw nuts of some sort
DINNER @ 3:30 pm
-- pork and/or chicken and/or beef .. about 5 oz .. not that I measure or care at all
-- lots of sautéed in butter and coconut oil greens
SNACK @ 8:00 pm
-- celery and bleu-cheese dressing (not too much dressing)
-- raw spinach and/or lettuce

Then no eating until breakfast the next morning = 14 hours of fasting daily.

The struggle for me has always been to NOT throw chips in my mouth as I sit and watch TV with my wife every night after the kids are in bed.
I am now replacing that with the action of drinking water .. along with some whisky near bed time. ;-)
I will track my weight every Monday morning to see how successful this yummy diet is.
Good Luck all who are following us!
