Uh no. It wasn't the very definition of sexual harassment. Remember that she showed him her thong? It isn't harassment if it is consensual. Which isn't to say that the Big Dog was very smart. Because, if nothing else, he was setting himself up for a blackmail situation. But sexual harassment it wasn't.

Good lord, she was a 23 year old woman who said she was going to Washington with her knee pads on. That is different than pedophilia or grabbing them by the you know what. Moore was involved with a 14 year old little girl. And Clinton didn't grab he was offered!! Christ almighty-lol!
