Ensoniq's PCI audio to be included in the just announced sub 1000
HP computers.
Sim wong Hoo said;We are very excited about Ensoniq and we expect ongoing wins in the OEM market and we expect to leave our competition in the dust!.
The amount of write off will be determined based upon the value of in-process research and development.

Taxi, Thanks for keeping us up to date on how you are getting filled. It must be relevant to analysis of Creaf, since no one has flamed you yet for cluttering the thread. Exactly how, I do not know, probably since I am just a potato head. While I am trying to figure that out, maybe you can help me with something else.

As I have told you all before, some of the research facilities are fairly limited inside this prison. So I can't find the answers to these questions. Have you seen whether there is any tax loss carry forward in the Ensoniq purchase? I am not sure what to plug into my model. And what IRR are you using for the expenditure? Finally, to what extent is the purchase going to be accretive in your pro forma? Thanks in advance.

Yippity Yappity was only ever meant to be a joke, but since it offends so many people for some reason, I won't use it. Instead, just my usual sign off.

Happy Investing!
