In most workplace environments it is both strongly discouraged and in some cases, HR requires a statement to be signed by the involved parties that they are having a relationship. I agree with you that relationships are natural when people are brought together in any close circumstances. However, Bill's behavior with Monica has set a very bad precedent that erodes the protections for women everywhere. A harder line needs to be taken on sexually predatory behavior, so that what happened in Hollywood doesn't become the norm everywhere else.
