Has anybody received their annual report that was suppose to be mailed along with proxy materials in early Dec 1997. I suggest shareholder's call to find out the current status of the shareholder's meeting supposedly occurring in three weeks from yesterday. Interesting post on the Yahoo AUGI board message no. 18 that has similar concerns. Any receive the annual report yet? The web site states it was to be mailed in early December. Of course, this is the same website that still has glowing newsletter comments from 1995. A representative of the CFO's office has promised to send me one.. Perhaps more concerning was her hesitation and uncertainty when asked if the annual meeting is still on for the 29th. If the annual meeting doesn't help boost the stock, or if it doesn't take place at all, you can count me in on a class action.
