I agree there are people who are a drain on health care and it includes groups that are not necessarily fat; smokers and drinkers and people that engage in high risk adventures - skydivers and extreme sports fanatics. It becomes and endless game of us against them; the fat against those who eat only vegetables and never red meat. You say you don't know how to address those with genetic diseases that are inherited - but how the heck do you do that? There is no magic test to say you will get a disease. Do you eat red meat? Do you have fun and live life excitedly? I do and I don't think these should disqualify me from being able to afford health care. Alllllllllll these people that don't fit your narrow idea of just the right life style choices, what happens to them in your ideal world? They just sleep in the streets with their sores and diseases until they die? You are one cruel dude!
