Boys and Girls, CPQ had nothing to do with the selloff today. Monday it will be all over and we will see a 2+ uptick in CPQ. This was a reason for the specialists to get their hands on more stock in everything before the earnings start next week. We will be 5-7 points higher at this time next week. IMHO
Nothing fundamentally has changed in the past three days with CPQ.

Hi Dulane, Don't be scared off your investment by panic selling. This whole thing will look like a buying opportunity next week. This country has a strong economy and shouldn't be letting Asian crisis creat irrational selling and fraidy cat money running to bonds. Asian banks should be so lucky to be holding debt on great companys like INTC DELL CPQ ADPT BAY CSCO MOT HWP AMAT KLAC BMY PFE WLA LLY GE BA IBM T GTE ATI FON BLS GM LMT... you know what I mean ... and when people arouond the world wake up from this mess, I wouldn't be surprised to see money coming into Wall Street big time from Europe and Asia ... Wall Street will do OK.. I'm not dumping my shares in a great Company like CPQ because of some short sellers or panic from some weak longs... I'm finished ranting... Still optimistic and long... Go Compaq!
