TWC--Given a halfway decent market I think we'll get a pretty good bounce on Monday--or at least by the end of next week. My strategy of choice in playing tech stocks is to buy great companies after they report a big disappointment. It's not a foolproof strategy by any means (sometimes dogs really do die) but a little patience generally yields extremely good results. The more analyst downgrades, the better the subsequent returns. I'm in ADPT today at 21 1/4 and hoping for a great recovery.

>>Anyone think ADPT will bounce 2,3 pts on Monday??

I wouldn't bet more than a dollar (about 0.05 shares) on it.

Look at the 3-month charts for APM, ORCL, OXHP, QNTM, RDRT, WDC, and VVUS. All got hammered on bad news, with very slow (I keep hoping!)
recoveries. This market does not forgive disappointing earnings!!
It could frankly take months unless big money starts flowing
sooner into the techs.
