Everyone can learn, some better than others, but what I really dislike, and is usually the problem, is willful ignorance and defense thereof. Some in the Republican party are now going so far as to say education is bad. Texas a few years back had in their platform a provision against the teaching of "higher order thinking". <<The mind that can't learn, the conservative mind, needs to blame others for the job losses incurred by machines, robots, AI and computers so they blame Muslims, Hispanics, the establishment and other boogeymen. The party is doing a great disservice to the country and to their voter.
