I think we will see the "excess valuations" before the new millenium. Remember what we are dealing with here: kids in suits. They go by the names money manager or analyst but basically they are no more than toddlers trading stocks. Like kids, they can go from laughing one minute to crying the next. The main difference is that these toddlers control our net worth to a large extent. Scary, but where alse can you go with opportunities like the ones we now have.
