When announcing its plan to slash its outreach budget by 90 percent, the Administration said that it would focus its open enrollment advertising and outreach activities on email, digital media, and text messaging. Yet HHS isn’t emailing millions of people who need information about open enrollment and coverage.

1. Why should government be spending money on advertising for the benefit of insurance companies? Let the insurance companies advertise their own products. (What? Suddenly you're all about corporate welfare?)

2. Didn't matter when Obama was in office. People still didn't want the shit. Enrollment has been dropping every single year. Death spiral. We told you it would happen from the outset. It continues. The pace will continue to accelerate. We've seen them for decades.

Trump cut ObamaCare outreach from $100 million to $10 million.

Here is how to do it for free....

Google Government Health Care.
#1 search result is healthcare.gov

Better than that....

Google Government Healhtcare plan reviews and get a ton of useful insights that is on order of magnitude more useful than healthcare.gov

Even better than that -

Google Government health care, include your gender preference and your zip code.

You do not need a $100 million $ program to outreach...

Indeed, arguably $10 million is way to much. Take the $100 million and put it into dismantling physical universities and deploy higher education on the web and save the kids of today the 100's of thousands of dollars of debt that todays kids shoulder when they graduate.
