You can't skip an online class, the online system will simply not move forward until you have completed the program to date. Also, online educational algorythms can tell if a student grasps a concept or not... and can adjust course material for every student to make sure the student is competent to move on.

Every student learns at a different pace and the online course can easily adjust material and pace for every student....

An inner City kid in New York can easily attend lectures on British History given by Oxford professors in the UK.....

A kid in California can view a self paced lecture in US world war 2 history from a Harvard professor, and immediately after watch a similar lecture given by a Russian historian and then a Japanese and then a Chinese Historian.... and the lectures can easily be free cos there is minimal overhead with a global audience... AND then o to a chat room to discuss with peers.

Unbeatable.....
