It's adorable you've bought into the deep state meme- but it's bullshit. The deep state IS normal Americans- because there is no deep state, there's just people who work for the government. We used to call it the federal bureaucracy- but that wasn't scary enough to loosen the coin purses of the right wing, so they came up with a new and improved scary name. The bureaucracy keeps functioning (usually) no matter who is president, because we, the people, need it to. You can call it "the deep state"- but it's not going to impress anyone except your compadres over in conspiracy town. I'd post that clueless meme back to you, but I don't think it would be of any help to you. Conspiracy lovers don't even learn - if they change at all, they just move on to new conspiracies. I don't blame you. It's probably just the way your brain is wired. Some people wish to see patterns where there are none, because it's comforting, I suppose- better an "evil" pattern than no pattern at all. Some sort of conspiracy pareidolia.
