Cheeky, Gene where have you guys gone, not sold out I hope? I believe Don still with us. Anyway I have pasted below a post dated June 30, 1997 re: Sungold News release. I believe we are over the 180 days waiting period, I expected an confirmation from SGGNF of their status, anybody have any comments I guess I could always call Kim or Henry at SGGNF. Secondly I agree with Donald that John Lawrence can surely write when he gets going. I was hoping John Lawrence would start a new thread on SGGNF, three main reasons. Sungold's is much further advanced in their projects. Sungold has moved from the VSE to over the counter Nasdaq. Also we can loose alot of the criticize that Sungold received when it was halted. And lastly new SI Investors should be able to do a search for "SUNGOLD - SGGNF" not 'SUN GOLD" . Anyone with their own comments? And John keep up the great work! The BIA's positive finding confirms the band's existence as an Indian tribe within the meaning of federal law and consequently proposes to extend federal acknowledgement to the tribe. The finding is subject to a 180 day public comment period after which the BIA will issue a final determination. While the comment period is routinely part of the regulations, the Gun Lake Band feels that in view of the unique status of its petition, a request for a waiver or a shortening of the comment period is justified
