My guess is that Splitterless announcement will be on Monday. Aware is scheduled to have a conference call on 1/11 (Monday) to announce their Q4 finanical results. In the past (Q3), they used their conference call to jointly announce other major news (Cisco licensing agreements). This is done to offset any possible negative market reaction to their expected finanical loss. When I spoke to Jim Bender, he stated that he doesn't like to see stock price whiplash (because he feels that it undermines long-term confidence in Aware). So I believe that Aware will make a joint announcement on Monday and I would expect other future major announcements to be combined with the Aware quarterly conference call.
