PS: Note in my post #2400<Simple example, you start with 50m, reverses(1:20)=2.5 million shares now if just 2.5 million are issued(new) you have been diluted 100%(lost 50% value)*5m=200%(lost 100%value) and so on..DD>Note Loss of value should have 66% in the last line appearantly it wasn't a simple example after all<vbg>

Edward (not of the O.J. fame or the firm representing Oilex),

I, like you, doubt very seriously that Oilex will attract any "institutional investors or investment banking houses". However, I CAN see them attracting some "foreign investors". That is, "foreign investors" like the one to whom the "Management of Oilex" "sold" the most recent convertible debenture. In my reading of that transaction, the "holder" made at least $550,000 in 45 or so days with no risk. I believe that Oilex can attract a lot of investors with that kind of deal.
