DAVE George clearly announced that :

they were in talks with the mandarin . To buy it , was his exact words. so i would assume that is what they are talking about. Youre right about it not being on the wire , but he definatly talked about it on the call

David - I agree . When I asked George about two weeks ago about the Manderin License situation which was the hold up on this operation, he indicated that he really was interested in getting the VLT operation underway before getting involved with the 150 slots at Manderin. I got the feeling that again cash maybe was a major concern since those machines have not left the factory and I assume somebody is going to expect payments as they get shipped out. I did not believe these slots were being handled at all like the arrangement with Sharp on the VLT's. Maybe I am wrong on that and would welcome any other comments.

Since I was not aboard at the time of the confrence call I was'nt aware of the issue of a buy out. He did mention the LYMCA and Federico Fernandez were the key players in this operation.
