My understanding Pugs, is that other marketmakers can piggyback on Sharpe's 15-c, but they'd have to wait 30 days to make a market. If other MM's want to come into this issue right away, they'd probably have to file their own 15-C.

If, in the process of filing that 15-c, there is new financial information provided to the NASD, how is the company going to get that same information out to all of you, prior to trading? It would appear, if there has been new material disclosures made to Sharpe, that it should also be made available to the investing public as well.

<<<It appears that Sharpe will be Making the RMIL Market NAKED!! Ron, you better call the TA...>>

Correction Pugs...

Sharpe may submitting Form 15c2-11 as an application to make a market in RMIL. NASD may, or may not, approve it.

As for calling the TA, are you saying that the TA has confirmed that there is a massive short position???

Any recommendations as to who I should speak with there??

Regards,

Ron

Pugs: I really don't think you should sue Mike.
If you are trying to harass him, it really will be a detriment to all posters. Everyone will be afraid to post things, good or bad.
I am not flaming you, you know that. I just think you should think about what you are doing. al

Pugs,

Since most people tend to shy away from anything that mentions lawsuit, maybe it would be advantageous to explain a class action suit, what it details, and what is expected from the participants.

dj been in two suits, never tried class action
