I will probably say this once and once only(fat chance), I will definitely not defend my position. I understand what you are doing, but I believe it is as wrong as when Dork named Riley in his suit. No one should have to go through the pain(mental and monetary) of a law suit unless it is justified. Again, I say I understand where you are coming from, and it just that I don't agree with the foundation of your belief. I understand you believe that there is more here than meets the eye because of the time and effort being put into beating RMIL and us up. I truly understand it. I personally only believe that Michael is a zealot and has no more than his already stated interest in being here. With my opinion in mind, I hope you and anyone that joins understands where I'm coming from. The only question I would ask of you, is make sure you are convinced I am wrong before proceeding, because if he's simply being a jerk(sorry Michael), then a rather large injustice is about to be done. If, on the other hand, you are doing this simply because you don't believe a broker should be engaged in this type of activity, then I'm not sure what type of case you would have. I would only caution that if we all did this because someone didn't like what someone else was saying(yes I know it goes a wee bit beyond that) we'd all be spending our time and money defending ourselves.
