FT: If the suits are initiated as "harassment" suits, I agree with you. However, lets look at a scenerio. what if people here, are in fact short. lets say that the squeeze comes off. what about the people who sold their stock, because of what the nays said? and it turns out they were manipulated because of these shorters not wanting to lose money. class action suits have been brought against people who manipulated stocks on the upside.. This is the reverse side of that coin. I say again..harassment suits are wrong...but there is a real possibility that people have "lost" money because of things that were said here. Now, whether or not "opportunity" costs are measureable or not, I haven't a clue. At any rate, I guess we'll see next week what's gonna be with the stock. al

I agree I think this is not the direction we need to go. Class action suits are a joke and only go to serve the Lawyers. It will never get to court and will only fill the pockets of the greedy. Mike has only tried to point out the other side. Let the company come clean, they have not come through with all that they have said. Where are the financials, where is the money, where is the water contracts, where is the share totals, where is the clothing contracts, where is the boat, where is the STOCK, it is halted because they have not come clean. I WILL NOT BE ANY PART OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGIANST MIKE OR PRINCIBLE AND I THINK YOU SHOULD DIRECT YOU ENERGIES TOWARD THE COMPANY.
