John,

Some quick questions:
Are you hearing any reports about unusual technical problems with
steppers?
Are you hearing reports of stepper implementation problems from makers such as Canon and Nikon?
We all know about the demand issues.

Some of these are old questions, but I thought you to be the best contact for this.

Rex

I thought the litho equipment folks made sure that placement (mechanical and lense) also improved with new equipment models in conjunction with optical resolution improvements (na, lamda, field size, magic (OPC, PSM, k factor etc)) so that retooling was required with each new generation (at least for critical resolution levels) of chip. Comments please.
Thanks
