Are you not aware of the trough in the market caused by the banking crisis of 2008? Are you not aware of the steps the Bush administration and congress took in late 2008 to stabilize the global banking industry? Which directly led to a recovery in the markets? You have no ability to analyze events or fairly evaluate policies and outcomes.
