Pugs: I don't recall MK asking people to consider his professional
experience prior to their making decisions regarding this or another
stock.

I've put out what the company hasn't told you and you want to sue me?
And Principal has absolutely nothing to do with this issue.

Interesting that you don't seem the least upset with RMIL, despite the fact the SEC has said RMIL has lied to you.

Perhaps, then, the lies and hype you have put out here should be looked at a bit more closely within the context of shareholders' losses here.

Pugs,

With all due respect, I shouldn't be on your list.
All I did was ask you a few questions about the
law suit. I haven't made a decision on rather to
join or not. I think whoever joins should be a private
matter and their names should not be disclosed.

Thanks, I meant no disrespect.

who appealed to investors and lurkers to consider his "professional experience" when making your investment decisions

Is this what you're basing this on? That he started a sentence in a post with "In my professional experience"?

This is ill-conceived, foolish, and malicious. Even for you! It smacks of desperation.

If this thing tanks, despite your having spent in excess of 12 hours a day hyping it, should the people who bought in sue you? In fact, comparing the high with the price at the halt, people have already been damaged. Isn't it arguable that they are damaged because they bought at too high a price because of your advice?
