Barron's responds to Aaron's letter 1/12/98 acknowledging that Goldstein works for every ED company except Vivus but says SO WHAT? his opinion is still shared by other urologists "about ed treatments". Very vague generalization. They could not even admit that yes, it might have been more fair and accurate to have discolsed this up front. Goldstein can not give a medical lecture at a conference or publish a medical journal article without this disclosure but Barron's thinks that hidden agends just don't exist (except theri own and that is another topic!) They have requested any knowldgeable urologist that questions his competence or objectivity????? Any takers out there?????? Jim

Tunica Albuginea: Do you know why VVUS has not disclosed the lawsuit filed by HVSF regarding the patent issue? Also, some on this thread have stated that VVUS has filed a counter suit against HVSF on the same subject. Where is that disclosed or announced by VVUS. This question was asked here before. But it seems that all VVUS "experts" either do not have the answer but do not want to admit it. Or they know the answer and "therefore" do not want to respond. I find this a lot more amusing than "As Erectile Dysfunction Turns" that you apparently find interesting. Afaq Sarwar
