No...He's kind of the Abbey Cohn of the oil boards. At this point, a very guarded optimism with, it seems..not much conviction. We are at his low price targets..but those were made without a general market correction in mind. Many are now betting for a DOW 6500 sometime this year, whereas at that point these will really become true value plays again. I agree with your post of this morning re: short term price actions...A mini-rally possible, but then watch-out.. I'll try to take advantage of the situations as they develop, but for now my money is in the safe zone...Orange County Munis!! <g>
