Dan,

The SEC does their own homework. They make their decisions based on what their findings and the law.

I have no idea of the scope of their investigation. I complied with their requests for information. That is all I can say. I hope you can understand.

And while I was not involved until August, my guess is that there were a few complaints the same time last year. Read the thread.

Shareholders were not too happy then either. The financials which were promised by December weren't out until the end of March. Sound familiar?

Dan, does it matter? I don't think so. The only thing that matters is that the SEC found reason to halt trading. They don't just halt trading because a few people, or even hundreds complain about a company.

Kugler is not dodging the question, he's simply asking why it matters.
