RMIL said in it's SEC filing that they had not been told that the Nicaraguan facility had been sold but apparently it was sold. What constitutes a lie ? The fact that they are not informed of events does not mean the events didn't happen. I am still puzzled by that statement in the SEC filing. Is there a rational explanation for it ? How could the possibly have been unaware that the Nicargua facility no longer belonged to them? Are they contending that they were still making the payroll and shipping product ?
