Your posts today have been just chock full of what people can and cannot do when posting. All day long you have yammered about what, why, when and how people can post. Are you an employee of some internet regulatory body that gives you some special dispensation to make these calls?

I know what you mean, and I agree with you that I would be out of here in a heart beat. Unfortunately, that's a testament to my cowardice. Because I think he's not involved in this for any other reason than beliefs, I have to give him credit(perhaps some think it's stupid) for sticking it out. If you've read my past posts, you know I believe there are many posts of his that leave a lot to be desired(an understatement). If you think about it, if he were really here protecting the interest of shorts, he would have taken a psuedonym a long time ago and posted under that. My contention about the suit is, it's not warranted soley on the basis of him being a broker, that's an excuse to file the suit and stop him from posting. I did agree that I think it's unfair and perhaps irresponsible for him to post. In retrospect, that opinion is probably based more on his style than the fact he's a broker. I'm still waiting to see if Pugs intends on suing if he gets a response from the employer and the response is they won't stop Michael from posting. If the suit continues in that situation then I will be even more damant about trying to stop it. That's a lousy excuse/loophole to try and stop someone from posting.

If everyone remembers correctly, many of my past posts have been pleas to Michael to tone it down, he has not and maybe many people think he deserves this. I don't.

Another question, why is his firm responsible? If he was a licensed broker but currently not employed by any firm, what do you think would happen in so far as the outrage and law suit goes?
