[ EK Cover Strategy ]

Dave,

I reassess my cover strategy on a daily basis to take into account any new changes that would alter the fundamental and technical outlook in the near term.

I think that EK can drop to 60 fairly quickly and could chop around at that area, but I don't see too much support developing until it hits 57 or so. If it falls through this region, I would expect that the real support would make itself evident at around 51.

BTW, I also use highs and lows when drawing my trendlines, though on occasion when things get fuzzy, I use the closing dates for added clarity.

Regards,

Rainier

[ RADAF ] Phase 1 of 3 has been completed that would indicate the uptrend in RADAF has ended. I would consider shorting this if it experiences another rally that would bring it to close proximity of its previous high...about 18 would be a good entry point, IMO.
