At my request, my kids' teachers started 10 minute mindfulness meditation sessions every morning. I was lucky that one of the teachers was already a subscriber to Headspace and could share it with the class. The other one is trained child psychology and doubles as a counselor. So they put a good program together. Another good approach is using Kumon type sessions. Despite his phone "addiction", my nephew is able to put it away and do his Kumon everyday even on Sundays.

The nirvana of the subscription pricing model (opiatization?) is ultimate incentive for the suppliers of products and services from opiates to gambling to communications interfaces.

T's & C's that limit remedies for supplier abuses.

Unregulated ultimate transfers of wealth to the new Masters.

The social costs are colossal.

All in the name of "freedom."

Or is it the COST of our freedom??

We can still talk freely here.
