WACC has a delisting hearing on about Jan. 23. Management thinks they can stay listed because of the time share developments, and movements in other various directions.

This grey cloud hanging over their heads, however, may be a large part of the reason for the fall in the stock price.

Also there are a lot of extra shares out there since acquisition of SportsWorld 2000 was with 9,000,000 shares. Those investors that received the shares are, I feel, the source of the over-supply of the stock, and subsequent fall in price. The question is, will the over-supply get eaten up by other new investors (hopefully institutions), so that equilibrium can be obtained at a higher price.

Do any of you think this company is going to go bankrupt and cease opperations sometime soon, for one reason or another?

Thanks for participating in this thread.

Nicholas

SANDRA:
On the last info package I recieved from WACC they list a 800# that cannot be accessed from Canada. 1-800-564-0547 Try this and see if it works period.
Also, have you found out anything more about what's going on???
I bought lots at higher prices and would obviously like to recoupe my initial investment and go on to show a profit. The product and location show this to be a winner the stock price really makes you wonder.
