WACC has a delisting hearing on about Jan. 23. Management thinks they can stay listed because of the time share developments, and movements in other various directions. This grey cloud hanging over their heads, however, may be a large part of the reason for the fall in the stock price. Also there are a lot of extra shares out there since acquisition of SportsWorld 2000 was with 9,000,000 shares. Those investors that received the shares are, I feel, the source of the over-supply of the stock, and subsequent fall in price. The question is, will the over-supply get eaten up by other new investors (hopefully institutions), so that equilibrium can be obtained at a higher price. Do any of you think this company is going to go bankrupt and cease opperations sometime soon, for one reason or another? Thanks for participating in this thread. Nicholas
