This is a powerful global bull market. There is no negativity here. World markets offer better value and are cheaper than the US market. All 25 International ETfs I track are up this year. Russia, China, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, to name a few have extremely bullish chart patterns. Investors/traders continue to pull their money out of the US and invest it overseas. Plus the Trump administration wants a lower USD for trade purposes.

What negativity are you talking about?

Probably won't mean much today because the news was already out yesterday. In fact, that news has been out since Trump became President. Yesterday was just another confirmation.

But the currency market knows where the dollar is headed and so does Gold..
