It makes all the difference in the world Mike...you said that Zapara was not named in the FEDERAL CASE.....What FEDERAL CASE? There is no FEDERAL CASE!! Zapara was not named in a suit Mork brought to the superior court of CAlif.! WHAT OTHER CASE? Of course its' important, Zapara is Morks' scapegoat and he wasn't named in the lawsuit!! You claim there is another lawsuit now....I neverclaimed there was a FEDERAL CASE...YOU DID...What suit are you talking about and where was it filed?

Then ask yourself how Dempsey Mork sold his reported 100k RMIL shares!
You don't need to deposit the shares prior to selling, you sell shares not
in account and then deliver them within the T+3 time frame (FedEx, or hand
delivery, etc...)!
