Can anyone summarize for the uninformed the reasons why CYMI is down to 15 from its peak of 50 with almost no real negative news on earnings? I have not seen one earnings disappointment so far: only consecutive earnings surprises. I have not seen one bearish forecast from the CEO so far: only reaffirmations of how high a backlog they have. Yet, the analysts consensus rating on this stock, from Zacks, are way in the negative, with an average of 2.3. What is wrong with the company? Could somebody attempt an explanation please?

Joseph

Chris, RE: Convertible Bond

The conversion rate is $47/share, after plit.

Which mutual fund is this ? They would own equivalent to 42,553 shares. But the value at Oct. 31 is highly questionable, $40.5/share on Oct. 31 ? I thought CYMI was near $30 or below at that time.
