smartin, on Dec 12 i ordered x,xxx certs,on monday jan 5 i recieved a cert for 200 share's. now what is wrong with this picture?

Martin, To that end, I will say this, it took me over 2 months to get my certs...and you know what my broker Schwab, lost my order not once but twice. I had confirmation in the office and on the phone, twice!!! And then the account manager says to me....well these things happen. I figured after the first stink I raised that would be impossible. But she had the nerve to tell me she didn't know what I was talking about the first time, (Until I gave her a little nudge and told her I would pull my account if she didn't pull her head out of her xxx.) It is amazing how long we got held up in the beginning...I for one was shafted for a long time. Rob
