Correct, it was suppose to be held in Bellevue, Wa on January 29,1998. However, recently it became apparent the meeting would be delayed because the Company did'nt have the proxy materials and annual report to shareholders sent out on time (It was suppose to be mailed in early Dec,1997). Interesting, that one of the proxy items (proxy should be mailed around Jan 27, 1998 to investors on record by Jan 26, 1998)to be voted on is an increase in the AUGI shares authorized from 20 million to 40 million AND to establish a Class B non-voting stock with an authorized 25 million shares. Looks like AUGI might have big plans to further acquire other companies by issuing more stock (further diluting ownership for current shareholders).
