There have been many studies on what makes a person conservative. You can read why they're so different from us by Googling "personality traits conservative." “Conservatives tend to be more structured, rigid and to prefer clear answers, whereas liberals have a higher tolerance of ambiguity and complexity and greater openness,” Liberals also tend to be far more creative which explains why almost all the major Internet companies were created by liberals. The conservative can see a tax cut and say hooray but can't see the debt from the tax cut. He'll find a thousand reasons for the debt he creates with his tax cuts but can't associate the tax cut to the debt.
