Dale - thx for the quick response. While disks may be low margin business, I'm including it as one of my "focus themes" through 2000 as I think the need for them and quantities produced will multiply manny many times for the following reasons:
1) Technology Convergence
2) The future of DVD is not uncertain, but mandated! Beginning later this year, FCC requires (by law) TV stations, etc.. to begin transition. New tv's, DVD players etc... are now coming to mkt (see stories w/regard to current tech show in Vegas) . In addition, on a recent trip to my local video store I learned that you can now RENT DVD movies (my translation: in the near future, current VCR = Sony's betamax)
3) CD-roms - popularity, increase in usage, storage capability; what else can be said?

ZOMX looks like a good start.

Also like co's involved w/set-top boxes as another "theme" of mine.
