That makes no sense to me? Why do you think we need to ease into it? We didn't ease into social security and it saved millions of people from abject poverty. But the thesis of my argument which you did not address is the many trillions of dollars Bush wasted and Obama had to spend rescuing the country and now Trump. Would not these expenditures have covered the health and education costs you seem to think are so much for such a rich country. And right now the rich and corporations are getting a huge free ride. <<Canada started medicare small in Saskatchewan before I was in kindergarten. Medicare as they now have it eased in.
