John, AMD senoir note 11.75% dated August 1 2003. No conversion, 105 call protection. Ask your broker to call his Bond desk. Notes are secured by all amd assets exclusive of Dresden Fab. Notes do not impare AMD ability to grow FASL JV. Bank lines of credit and jr. to notes holders. So you are snug as a bug in a chipplant.
