This is what republicans do. Their failure to act against mass murder forces them to go into endless debates about the meaning of the Second Amendment. Then it happens again and again.

Given your insistence on studies and proof, I trust you have some for this assertion?

For example, a study that examines situations where these weapons were banned, but mass killings went up or stayed the case vs. cases where they went down.
